The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the SEA website. Our system may collect usage information that we use to improve our website and security. On some of our sites you will be able to make requests, apply to programs, and ask to enter a site. The type of personal information asked on some of our pages is name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. Personal information needed to process your application includes data needed to make arrangements for your participation in SEA member programs that will ensure a safe and successful experience.

How We Will Use Your Information

SEA will not sell or lease the information you provided. However, we will use your information you provided about yourself when placing a request to fulfill that request.

We do use your return e-mail address to answer the e-mail we receive and provide the information you have requested. These addresses are not used for any other reasons and are not given or sold to any outsiders.

SEA Commitment to Data Security

In order to prevent unauthorized access we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure our data. We are committed to protecting your personal information just as securely as we protect our own. We do track and identify those accessing a protected area  to guard against unauthorized access.

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information

You can e-mail our National Office and request that a change be made to your information at SEA-USA.org.  Our national office staff will correct the errors or make changes that need to be made.
