Exchange Students have so much to contribute to their host family, host community, and host schools -- and they really would like to contribute!

Following are 20 ways that foreign exchange students can serve as a resource in the school and classroom.  For greatest effectiveness, identify a teacher who will step forward and serve as a facilitator.

  1. Serve as a tutor or conversation partner for another student, serve as an assistant in a foreign language class, or serve as a resource for students working on country projects.
